The film blowing extruder is designed to produce plastic films of various thicknesses, widths, and lengths. At its core, a blown film machine consists of an extruder, a die head, an air ring, and a cooling unit. The extruder melts the plastic material and pushes it through the die head, which shapes the material into a bubble. The air ring blows cool air onto the bubble to stabilize its shape, and the cooling unit cools the film down to its final thickness and width.
