Product Description

The high speed film blowing machine is designed to produce plastic films of various thicknesses, widths, and lengths. The process involves melting plastic pellets or granules and then extruding the molten material through a die to form a bubble. The bubble is then cooled and flattened to produce a continuous flat film.
At its core, a high speed film blowing extruder consists of an extruder, a die head, an air ring, and a cooling unit.
