A three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is a type of machine used in the package business to produce multilayer films with specific characteristics. These machines are used to create films with a combination of different materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and other polymers.
The film blowing extruder consists of three extruders, each of which melts and extrudes a different polymer through a separate die, producing three distinct layers of film. These layers are combined into a single film as they pass through a co-extrusion die, which fuses the layers together into a cohesive film.
